How quickly do you scan and email mail?

Same working day for mail arriving before the daily cut-off. Anything received later is scanned first thing the next morning.

Do you open every envelope on the scan package?

Yes — on the scan package we open, scan and email the contents so you can act on them immediately. Envelopes are securely destroyed after scanning unless you ask us to keep them.

Can you forward mail internationally?

Yes, we can forward internationally by Royal Mail. International postage is charged at cost on top of the package fee.

Are parcels included?

Standard letters and small parcels are included. Larger courier deliveries can usually be accepted with prior notice — get in touch so we can plan for them.

Yes. All mail is received onsite, handled only by named team members, and either physically forwarded or securely destroyed after scanning.
